1. Subscription Plans

Waqtpa offers the following annual subscription plans:

  • Starter: Up to 25 Employees (₹18,000/year)

  • Professional: Up to 75 Employees (₹48,000/year)

  • Enterprise: Up to 150 Employees (₹84,000/year)

  • Custom: Tailored solutions for large-scale operations (Contact Us for pricing)

2. Cancellation Policy

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your Waqtpa subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at [Insert Support Email].

  • Effective Date: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your account and all features until the end of your current annual billing cycle. Your access will not be terminated immediately upon request, but your subscription will not renew at the end of the term.

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or years of service if you choose to terminate your subscription before the end of the annual term.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Waqtpa. To ensure this, we offer the following refund window:

  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For all new annual subscriptions, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of the initial purchase. If you feel that Waqtpa does not meet your business requirements within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund of your annual fee.

  • Non-Refundable After 30 Days: Once the 30-day trial/evaluation period has passed, all annual subscription fees are considered final and are non-refundable, regardless of your actual usage of the platform.

  • Renewals: Automatic renewals are non-refundable. We encourage users to manage their subscription settings before the renewal date to avoid unwanted charges.

4. Custom Plans

For "Custom" tier plans, terms of cancellation and refunds may be subject to specific service agreements signed at the time of purchase. Please refer to your individual contract for details.

5. Policy Modifications

Waqtpa reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. By continuing to use the service after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
